This week's question comes from Ivan at Ivan Bookworm:
What book influenced or changed your life? How did it influence/change your life?
I would have to say the most influential book I have read (and re-read many times) is The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. This is a coming of age story about a boy named Charlie that has to deal with all the normal peer pressure aspects of being a teen. I would have to say that it is the most influential book that I've read becuase it really touched me and truly hit home. The first time I read this book was during a time that I was struggling with being a teen and understanding dealing with the loss of a childhood friend. I've re-read the book several times since then, and everytime it still has the same affect on me.What books have significantly impacted your life?
A warm welcome to all those new followers, and thanks for stopping by to all my old followers!
Happy Reading!

I've got a great international giveaway going on!! Hop over to my blog to enter!!
This will probably come of something as a surprise but the book that changed/influenced my life (more than any other) is a non-fiction book. I know we all focus on novels and the fanciful fiction we love to read but The Four Work Week is the book that gets all the credit. I know the title sounds fictional but it really isn’t. Glad to hear that Perks of Being a Wallflower is still impactful. I quite often recommend it to teen readers and don't hear much feedback.
Stopping by from the hop. Have a great weekend! New follower.
