Book Blogger Hop (10)

Book Blogger Hop
I love love, love, love the Book Blogger Hop that is hosted by Jennifer at Crazy For Books. The rules are simple, and this is am awesome opportunity to get your blog out there! Post the hop on your blog, then make sure to include a link in the Mr. Linky on Crazy For Books's blog...and then -- GET TO HOPPING!

Your blog should have content related to books, including, but not limited to book reviews.

1. Enter your book blog link in the Linky List at Crazy For Books
(In your link, please state the main genre that you review: eclectic, contemp. fiction, ya, paranormal, mystery, non-fiction, etc.)
2. Post about the Hop on your blog. Spread the word about the book party! The more the merrier! In your blog post, answer the following question (new question each week!).

This week's question comes from Ivan at Ivan Bookworm:

What book influenced or changed your life? How did it influence/change your life?

I would have to say the most influential book I have read (and re-read many times) is The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.  This is a coming of age story about a boy named Charlie that has to deal with all the normal peer pressure aspects of being a teen.  I would have to say that it is the most influential book that I've read becuase it really touched me and truly hit home.  The first time I read this book was during a time that I was struggling with being a teen and understanding dealing with the loss of a childhood friend.  I've re-read the book several times since then, and everytime it still has the same affect on me.
What books have significantly impacted your life?

A warm welcome to all those new followers, and thanks for stopping by to all my old followers!

Happy Reading!

I don't have a single book to point to. Come by and see why.

This will probably come of something as a surprise but the book that changed/influenced my life (more than any other) is a non-fiction book. I know we all focus on novels and the fanciful fiction we love to read but The Four Work Week is the book that gets all the credit. I know the title sounds fictional but it really isn’t. Hop over to my blog and find out why –

Happy Book Blogger Hop Day!

Diana Gabaldon's "OUTLANDER" did it for me. I cannot stop reading since I read her books last October. She is the reason why I started blogging about books. Have a super weekend. I am your newest follower. Come and visit me at

Glad to hear that Perks of Being a Wallflower is still impactful. I quite often recommend it to teen readers and don't hear much feedback.
